If you love to catch fish you have found an angler's heaven and a new place to call home. From our own boat ramp or boat docks you can access prime-fishing spots quickly, ensuring that you get more fishing time on the water. There are nearby bait and tackle stores and If you need professional guide service, we know some of best guides on the lagoon.

We are in the process of building a 160-foot dock from where you'll be able to fish and shrimp for our famous Oak Hill Reds! Or just relax and watch the different birds, manatees, dolfins, and countless other flora & founa that we have been blessed with. We are known for our abundant and diverce species of fish: Reds, Spotted Sea Trout, Flounder, Silver Trout, "Weak fish," Snook, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper, Gag Grouper and Jacks, just to name some of our sea faring bounty.

Go oystering – my favorite – or go clamming and have an old fashion Clam Bake. Catching shrimp is also very popular in the Mosquito Lagoon. Our shrimp are large and sweet.

Boating is a great way to experience the beauty of Mosquito Lagoon and the abundant wildlife of the area. Bring your own boat and use our boat ramp or boat docks. Fish or travel the shore line to view the natural wonders. Don’t forget to bring your camera! We also provide kayaks, if you want to see the lagoon from a different perspective.

When on the water remember: safety first. Mosquito Lagoon can be very shallow depending upon the tide. We also have manatee zones, oyster beds, and other water hazards so please follow all markers and rules. Whether it's for a day, a week, or the season, you'll be glad you came.
